Overview

We are seeking a Certified Flight Instructor (FI) to join our team at Professional Aviation’s Training Centre in Ozzano dell’Emilia, Bologna, Italy. This is a full-time, on-site position where the selected candidate will be responsible for conducting flight and ground training, mentoring student pilots, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also involves participating in instructor meetings and liaising with our Safety Management System (SMS) to maintain the highest training quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct flight and ground training for student pilots.
  • Mentor student pilots to support learning and skill development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Participate in instructor meetings and liaise with the Safety Management System (SMS) to maintain training quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) License
  • Valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate
  • Valid Unrestricted FI(A) rating
  • Additional IRI and CRI certificates are an advantage but not required
  • More than 200 flight instruction hours
  • Strong communication and instructional skills
  • Passion for aviation and student mentorship
  • Strong commitment to flight safety and training excellence
  • EU work permit
