After 4 years of growth in the Italian market, we need to incorporate a new sales agent.
Scope of Duties
- Develop hunting/outdoor market, and carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys in the North / Center of Italy.
- Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
- Approaching and establishing new, solid, and long-term relationships with customers
- Presentation of the products to the potential customers
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Position PARD as the preferred product for consultants.
- Prepare reports required by the management.
- At least 5 years of experience in BDM / commercial agent position in local Outdoor/Hunting market.
- Hunting experience or adequate shooting practice
- Native-level Italian skills required. Fluent English will be a plus.
- Accept intensive business travelling request: 50% of the work outside with at least 20 weekends at Fairs and Events.
- Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company
- Great communication skills, positive attitude, initiative, honesty, and integrity
- Solid skills in Excel, Outlook, and related products
