Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary located in Reggio di Calabria. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks and clerical duties
  • Handling registrations
  • Course management
  • Invoicing
  • Providing personal and executive administrative assistance
  • Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings
  • Maintaining office records and files
  • Supporting students

Qualifications

  • Advanced use of software management and CRM.
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with office management tools
  • Good knowledge of languages - Italian and English
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be considered an advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles

Pay range and compensation package

  • Gross salary 800/1200 euros per month + bonuses with official employment contracts that include insurance and healthcare
  • Increments for relevant experience and competence
