Overview

Adecco Italia is seeking a candidate for a 6‑month internship in the HR team in Milan, focusing on recruitment and selection.

Responsibilities

• Publish job advertisements
• Screen CVs
• Conduct telephone screening of candidates
• Hold interviews and video interviews
• Contact client companies
• Assist with workforce scheduling and worker management

Qualifications

• Degree or current studies in humanities (Psychology, Educational Sciences, Letters, Sociology, etc.)
• Interest in HR and personnel selection
• Strong communication, relational, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with PC and digital tools
• Attention to detail, motivation, and teamwork attitude
