Your Daily Job

  • Review project specifications and prepare Material Requisitions and related documents (e.g., valve lists, piping BOMs).
  • Support the Purchasing team by providing technical input for supplier RFQs.
  • Collect and technically align supplier quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Present technical bid evaluations and pricing tabulations to the Procurement team.
  • Ensure supplier documents match ordered requirements.
  • Review and comment on drawings and procedures.
  • Provide technical support during manufacturing and testing phases.
  • Coordinate document flow with other departments (e.g., PLT, PIP).
  • Contribute to internal documentation including P&IDs, Piping Class, Summary Line List, and Equipment List.
  • Valve List, Packing List, Painting & Lining Specs.
  • Inspection & Test Plans, FAT Procedures, Erection Manual.

Your Profile

  • University Master Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Energy Engineering.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills.
  • Attention to details, excellent communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
