We are looking for a Store Manager who will guide the team of a new store opening in Bologna.

In your role, reporting directly to the Area Manager with whom you will work closely, you will have the responsibility to:

• accompany, guide and support the team daily, maintaining a high level of customer service
• monitor sales data and define the right strategies to reach objectives
• ensure together with the team the best shopping experience for our customers, maximizing products and services
• ensure the store’s care and compliance with company policies and procedures
• care for the growth and professional development of the team through constant feedback and training

We are looking for you.

• You have at least 3/4 years of experience as a Store Manager
• You are an empathetic person, used to working in a team in a dynamic and stimulating environment
• You are passionate about your work, you love putting the customer at the center and challenges do not frighten you
• You possess solid commercial and managerial skills, you know and can analyze and manage the main retail KPIs
• You know and use daily the main IT tools and the Office package
• You hold a university degree or a high school diploma; it is preferred to have the license to exercise the auxiliary optical art
