We are seeking a dedicated and driven customer care professional who thrives on making things happen. The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in building strong, lasting partnerships with our customers, supporting them through every stage of their journey from adoption to expansion and renewal. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, and Services, to deliver a seamless, high-value customer experience.
