Role and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a

People Manager

with proven experience in

SAP Manufacturing (PP, QM, PM modules)

to join our

SAP Services practice

which handles application maintenance, ticket management, and evolutive projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate SAP consultants within the AMS (Application Maintenance Services) and change request stream.
  • Provide tutorship and professional support to team members, helping them grow within the organization.
  • Serve as a point of reference for clients, ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.
  • Ensure service quality, drive process improvements, and monitor team performance.
  • Contribute to the management of service economics, including cost control and profitability tracking.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth‑oriented work environment.

Required Skills

  • Solid experience in SAP Manufacturing with strong knowledge of PP, QM, and PM modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience in people management within SAP teams.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or coaching junior consultants.
  • Familiarity with AMS environments, ticket lifecycle, SLAs, and change management processes.
  • Understanding of service delivery economics and performance KPIs.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
