Job Title: Waste Operative
Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.60
Contract Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 48
Location: Cliniwaste, Unit 2 Bow Beck, Bradford West Yorkshire BD4 8SL

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of site, adhering to company and legislative requirements.
• Carry out health and safety checks.
• Accurately book waste on the weigh bridge through the Trace System.
• Manage essential paperwork, liaise with Cliniwaste team.
• Support drivers unload/reload vehicles, perform bin maintenance.
• Maintain clean and orderly environment via general housekeeping tasks.
• Palletize waste, wash bins, operate company machinery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask efficiently.
• Capable of solving problems independently.
• Experience or knowledge of clinical waste industry desirable.
• Competence with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Legible handwriting, basic understanding of English.
