Overview

Multiple IT/Help Desk positions are available across Italy, targeting experienced support technicians for enterprise customers. The roles focus on troubleshooting, software and network support for internal and client users.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hardware, software and network assistance for internal staff and external clients.
  • Perform ticket management and resolve incidents through remote and onsite support.
  • Configure, monitor and maintain PCs, printers and network devices.
  • Assist with data migration, PC replacement and installation of Microsoft 365 and corporate applications.
  • Provide proactive communication and follow-up on recurring issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma in IT or equivalent technical certification.
  • Diploma in technical/scientific fields or IST/ITS/IFTS pathways.
  • Previous experience in Help Desk or technical support is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Office 365 and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, team orientation and continuous learning attitude.

Location and Contract

Positions are located in Cernusco sul Naviglio (ECIT), Brescia, Trezzo sul’Adda and other Italian sites. Contracts include permanent, fixed‑term with potential conversion, and apprenticeship opportunities. Each site offers training, certification support and a collaborative remote or on‑site work environment.
