Who We’re Looking For :

Reporting to the CMO of the Group, the Communication Coordinator supports the execution of the Communication and Csr projects for Corporate and the Group divisions.

She / He will play a key role in managing the end-to-end communication efforts for strategic initiatives — including the Myllennium Award — while ensuring strong positioning, stakeholder engagement, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strong communication , partnership positioning and go-to-market communication strategy for the assigned project

Ensure a consistent and powerful brand message across all channels and marketing efforts (events, newsletters, web pages, promotional materials).

Adapt branded design templates to various business initiatives, including digital platforms, and support the creation of new concepts and communication materials and corporate presentations.

Manage and update the website using WordPress, ensuring content is always fresh and aligned with the brand identity.

Liease with external partner

Oversee the editorial plan for Instagram for both Myllennium and the Arsenale corporate brand, managing content and social media strategies in English.

Digital Communication & Content Management

  • Manage and update the project website ( e.g. WordPress), ensuring content is timely , relevant, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Oversee the editorial plan and content creation for Instagram — for both the Myllennium Award and Arsenale corporate brand — crafting compelling strategies and posts in English.
  • Ensure a consistent voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and social media partners as needed.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with third-party partners, sponsors, and institutional contacts to develop strategic collaborations and co-branded opportunities.
  • Negotiate visibility opportunities, partnership terms, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication workflows across multiple partners.

Measurement

  • Define KPIs to measure the success and efficiency of campaigns, channels, and tactics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on team goals and performance.
  • Create dashboards or summary reports to communicate progress toward team goals.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Communication & Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in communication roles — ideally within cultural, institutional, or creative projects.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects both online and offline for major brands.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to interpret and process briefs effectively.
  • Experience coordinating events.
  • Excellent command of digital communication tools and content management platforms ( e.g. WordPress, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Positive attitude, strong team spirit, proactivity, and resilience.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering according to agreed timelines.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel); Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, spoken and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
