Overview

What will your day look like?

• Manage all warehouse operations including inbound, picking (in Autostore), and outbound processes.
• Monitor the performance of Inbound and picking in Autostore, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Manage the opening and closing procedures of the warehouse.
• Handle the hiring and termination process of warehouse employees.
• Control employee attendance, including resolving absence-related issues.
• Organize daily morning briefings (allocation of people on the shift).
• Supervise unloading, goods receipt, and tracking based on warehouse movements.
• Supervise proper execution of work procedures across departments and monitor operator performance.
• Report bugs and escalations, and communicate with other departments.

Who are we looking for?

• English B2, Italian C1.
• 5+ years of experience in the warehouse environment and minimum 2 years of experience in the shift/team leader position.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team.
• Ability to delegate tasks and ensure efficient operations.
• Capability to handle conflict resolution and employee concerns.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and execute the shift effectively.
• Health and safety awareness, technical skills and problem solving ability.
