This role is a full time role 40 hours a week, 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. Initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension.

• Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role
• Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre
• Handover of Passports to the specific client governments.
• Handover of passports to Courier / Applicants
• Fee collection and cash handling
• Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions
• Facilitate requests for asylum appointments.
• Personal Requirements
• English and Italian - verbal and written;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• A good attention to accuracy and detail
• Flexibility
