Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist

We are looking for Global Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR Team in our Bolton Food based in Italy.

How you make the difference

As Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global talent initiatives that enhance leadership capability, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and overall culture. As part of your role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence to execute talent strategies across regions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with global business priorities.

How your agenda looks like:

Support Global Talent Programs – Execute key talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, career frameworks, and talent review cycles across regions.

Develop and Deliver OD Solutions – Contribute to organizational development initiatives including culture programs, team effectiveness interventions, and change management support.

Learning & Capability Development – Help design, curate, and coordinate global learning programs, supporting capability building for leaders and employees.

Data & Insights – Analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends and provide insights that enhance decision-making and improve program effectiveness.

Stakeholder Partnership – Collaborate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and global teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of talent and OD initiatives across all countries.

What makes you a great fit:

Education

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

Work Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR—ideally in a global or multinational environment.
  • Experience supporting performance management cycles, talent reviews, leadership development, and/or change management initiatives.

Local language

  • Spanish: Yes (preferred)
