We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).

MISSION

Develop, implement and evaluate training programs within the Group, ensuring all employees have the proper knowledge and skills required to perform their jobs effectively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and analyze training needs within the organization in close cooperation with HR Business Partners and line managers

• Develop customized training programs (internally or supported by external consultants; both synchronous and asynchronous) to fulfill employees’ specific needs and maintain or improve their job skills (both technical and managerial)

• Manage the logistics of in class training programs, both for virtual and face to face classrooms

• Develop and administer learning plans for specific target populations (example: Professional Families)

• Support in identification of appropriate partners for training programs, ensuring quality standards and cost efficiency

• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback

• Identify effective communications strategy to promote training programs inside the organization

• Maintains regular communication with faculty, academic advisors, and other related personnel

• Administer the organization's learning management system (LMS), including user management, course assignments, and reporting

• Supports in performance management process and Corporate development projects

• Supports the internal communication initiative and projects

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing training programs in complex organizations
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Social Science
  • Passionate about learning processes and people development
  • Proven experience in training funding management (knowledge of Fondimpresa/Fondirigenti is considered a plus)
  • Willing to constantly learn
  • Taking ownership of assignments and results
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Communication and team working skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
