We are looking for a technical, motivated and dynamic profile, who wants to grow in a rapidly evolving business context. You will be working with engineers with years of experience, engaged with you in a constant process of learning and technological innovation of all our applications.

We are looking for a profile that wants to take responsibility for implementing changes to digital products already on the market right away, to handle issue triage and resolution and to support customer/event team, with a strong desire to learn and experiment.

This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan (Italy), but with a very flexible smart working policy!

As a Software Engineer at Kampaay, you will directly report to the CTO as well as collaborating closely with the Product & Design team and Customer Success managers.

You will mainly work on our frontend stack, but you may also collaborate on a backend application (.NET/C#) as a developer and implement full‑stack flows: you won’t be just another cog in the wheel; you’ll get to work on an end‑to‑end solution, from design through the full tech stack.

The skills we are looking for and on which the main activities will be centered are the following:

• At least one MVVM / MVC framework among Vue.js, React.js, Angular, Svelte
• Component web architecture
• Basic backend knowledge: REST API design, relational databases and data modeling (ER diagrams), HTTP principles (very nice to have)
• C# and .NET Core (nice to have)
• Nuxt, Next, Webpack, web components and Babel (nice to have)
• UI/UX strong skills (nice to have)li>
• Strong team‑working attitude
• 5 years of experience in the listed technologies
• Degree in computer engineering or similar (nice to have)
• Languages: Italian – Mother tongue; English – B2
