We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, Human Resources (HR Business Partner) Operations to support our key operations leaders across our Teva Global Operations organization (TGO). Reporting to the SVP, HRBP Global Operations, this role drives the people strategy for key functions and employees across our 15,000 Teva Global Operations employees across a 35‑site global network undergoing major transformation to meet our pivot to growth strategy.
You will partner closely with our operations executives and their teams. This is a high‑impact opportunity to shape organizational design, capability, culture, and talent during a period of accelerated change in a global innovative pharmaceutical and generics enterprise.
This position can be based on any European Teva site.
