What the job looks like

  • Processing & Analysis of the forecasts received from the customers;
  • Managing and planning of coded materials supplies;
  • Defining the delivery time of materials required for the execution of the Production plan;
  • Issuing Purchase Orders in accordance with MRP needs and monitoring of POs status;
  • Management of material reminder to suppliers, call off management;
  • Master Data maintenance and specifically of planning data (Lead time, MOQ, safety stock, safety lead time, reorder point, BOM, PV and Recipes);
  • Sharing rolling forecasts of purchasing requirements to suppliers
  • Implementing and updating KPIs to monitor supplier performance, inventory level and obsolescence risks; take corrective actions to mitigate destruction risks.

What you’ll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration;
  • at least
  • Excellent command of the written and spoken English language;
  • Good knowledge of major computer tools (Office package: Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Relational skills and aptitude for working in cross-functional teams
  • Result orientation and proactivity
  • Aptitude for team-work
