The Role

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Lead and motivate project team members, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Assign tasks and ensure team members are held accountable for their deliverables.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role (preferred in LS industry).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus will be considered a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Fluent in English.

Work Environment

• This position may require occasional travel.
• The role may involve working outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
