Posizione

Pixartprinting is looking for a Business Developer who will contribute to the growth of the Labels & Packaging segment, focusing especially on the cosmetics market.

Principali Responsabilità

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high‑potential clients in the Labels & Packaging segment, conducting regular visits to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Act proactively to identify new target clients for Pixartprinting’s printing solutions.
• Support clients in product selection, technical specification definition, and economic negotiation.
• Coordinate operational activities to ensure a structured and progressive service implementation.
• Collaborate with internal functions (Customer Care, Pricing, Product, Finance) to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Monitor results, maintain high customer satisfaction, and achieve defined commercial targets.
• Participate in a structured, continuous training path on products and processes.

Requisiti

• Experience in new business development within Labels, Packaging, and/or Cosmetics.
• Strong motivation to quickly learn the features of a complex technical product.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Data‑driven attitude and ability to analyze KPIs and customer metrics.
• Experience using CRM.
• Good command of the Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
