We are seeking a Coworking Host who can deliver exceptional guest experience at BWork Bali by handling operations, events, reporting, and member relations in a dynamic coworking space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sign up, give tours and manage customer and members satisfactions
- Handling members' needs, problems, complaints and building relationship
- Auditing settlements of the co‑working space
- Facilities checking during the shift
- Communicate and engage with all members
- Ensure consistency in image & tone of voice of BWork (internal & external)
- Coworking daily reporting (members' audit in nexudus, etc.)
- Communicate to other departments regarding remaining problems that need to be solved on follow‑ups
Other Task:
- Event planning and operations
- Financial, and daily members reporting
- Assist in Event Execution and Participate in Events
Requirements:
- A diploma’s or high school degree in hospitality management, business or a related field.
- Coworking or related field experiences.
- Experience working in a multinational company.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
- Bali Based.
- Able to communicate in English.
