Project Coordinator

In this role, you will:

1. Consolidate team action items and track their completion.
2. Partner with other project coordinators to standardize reporting and document lessons learned.
3. Create templates to help partners understand and apply data analysis results.
4. Ensure documentation is well-organized and accessible.
5. Manage the annual contract extension matrix, ensuring amendments are completed on time.
6. Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including real-time progress reporting, trending, data validation, and regional communications.
7. Prepare reports for executive leadership highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using program data.
8. Validate imported data in collaboration with partners and update as necessary.
9. Support the development and updates of monthly reports.
10. Support vendor programs, including pipeline management, contracts, and onboarding.

1. Have experience in data analysis for large projects.
2. Enjoy collecting, interpreting data, analyzing results, and creating automated stakeholder reports.
3. Have used statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
4. Have worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and deliver complex insights supporting strategic decisions.
