Job Description

We are looking for one Machining Department Operator with a hands‑on and proactive approach, capable of actively participating in the daily operations of the workshop. The role is set within a dynamic production environment, requiring a constant presence on the shop floor and strong teamwork skills, supporting not only the execution but also the coordination of tasks when needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment for metalworking and component preparation.
  • Handle raw materials and semi‑finished products according to production needs.
  • Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and cleaning of machines and tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on machined parts and report any issues.
  • Support inventory management by reporting material usage and needs.
  • Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe and organized working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in machining or workshop roles, preferably in furniture or metalworking industries.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and machining processes.
  • Familiarity with manual and automatic machinery (e.g., drills, grinders, saws, CNC is a plus).
  • Practical attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and organization.
  • Willingness to work in a fast‑paced and physically active environment.
