Job Description

The General Manager will lead the company through a phase of consolidation and growth, ensuring business goals are met in the aerospace and defense market, nationally and internationally. They will define and implement a strategic plan focused on strengthening the current market position and expanding globally through partnerships and advanced technological solutions, enhancing the company's global competitiveness.

Main Responsibilities of the General Manager

  • Define, together with the CEO and the Board of Directors, the strategic guidelines and business development plans.
  • Prepare the annual and multi-year plans for production, operations, and commercial activities, monitoring results through periodic reports on business performance.
  • Plan future development lines by coordinating and optimizing operational and project activities to make them more effective and aligned with business needs.
  • Lead the organization through transformation phases, ensuring operational continuity and growth, fostering the strategic and operational integration of business units to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Strengthen the company's presence in global markets by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Optimize the company structure and industrial processes, ensuring high-quality standards and promoting the adoption of innovative technological solutions to enhance competitiveness.
  • Lead investment and internationalization programs to reinforce the company's competitiveness.
  • Coordinate all operational areas across the various business units.
  • Ensure the efficiency of production processes by promoting innovation and digitalization.
  • Consolidate relationships with key customers, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and improve decision-making processes by harmonizing the functioning of the different company areas.
  • Ensure economic, asset, and financial management to guarantee business profitability.
  • Promote a corporate culture based on innovation, operational excellence, and teamwork.
