Overview

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site). Start Date: 13 October 2025. Schedule: Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 (40h / week). Contract: Permanent. On-site Requirement: Available from 8 October 2025.

About the Role

Join our client's sales team as an Italian-speaking Inside Sales Representative! Handle inbound customer inquiries, promote tailored solutions and contribute to sales growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Italian C2 (native / near-native) English B2
• Previous sales or customer service experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Athens

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Understand needs & offer appropriate solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Meet / exceed sales performance targets
• Collaborate with team and management
