Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast for the entire family.
• Create packed lunch boxes for the children (nutritious, varied, and child-friendly).
• Plan, cook, and serve family-style dinners daily.
• Host occasional dinner parties for guests (menu planning, execution, and full table service).
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Manage grocery shopping, inventory, and meal planning in collaboration with the family.
• Accommodate dietary preferences with a strong focus on vegetarian cuisine.
• Travel with the family when required.

Core Requirements

• Expertise in Japanese, Vegetarian, Keto, and anti-inflammatory diet.
• Proven ability to create flavourful, creative vegetarian dishes using Japanese techniques and global influences.
• Previous experience with anti-inflammatory diet recipes.
• Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy.
• Flexible with occasional late evenings (dinner parties).
• Fluency in English preferred, and Italian is a strong plus.
• Valid EU work permit or Italian residency.
• Driver essential - use of family car available.
• Discreet, calm, and comfortable with a busy family household.
• Confident catering for larger numbers when required.
• 3-4 years longevity within a Private House setting.
