Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service in line with the PUMA brand values
• Achieve personal and store performance, KPIs and profitability through effective customer service
• Process sales accurately at the cash register
• Maintain and execute Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA criteria
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise responsibly
• Identify product opportunities and communicate them to the management team

Qualifications

• Open to candidates of all genders
• Candidates registered with mandatory employment lists (L- 68/99) are welcome
• Experience in the Retail sector
• Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial field
• Friendly, reliable personality oriented to the customer
• Team player with quick learning ability
• Ability to offer high levels of customer assistance and strong communication skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS programs
• Good knowledge of the English language
