You will have a key role in the Commercial team contributing to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and supporting the commercial organization in both deal closing and new opportunity discussions with customers, as well as preparing presentations for internal use and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Be accountable for orders volume, pricing, profitability, proposal timeliness & quality, hit rate / win rate, and convertibility targets for the region.
- Develop, prepare, and manage proposals, structuring commercially and technically creative solutions that exceed Customer expectations and increase win rate.
- Define the pricing strategy on every deal and lead the deal strategy review.
- Have deep knowledge of various markets and competition and identify the best fitting technology to offer.
- Review terms and conditions, identify deviations, and lead contract negotiations with customers.
- Ensure the company risk process is followed.
- Drive internal targeted cost reduction for specific deals and overall products.
- Coordinate a multi‑disciplinary team including Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely flow of information.
Required Qualifications
- Have an Engineering degree.
- Have good experience in commercial operations or as an application engineer or similar client‑facing role related to technologies for the Energy industry.
- Have very good contract negotiation skills and good knowledge of EPC / New Energy Solutions.
- Be a strong team player, interacting with all supporting functions; ability to work in cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams.
- Have proven capability to establish good relationships with customers and build trust.
- Have very good business acumen and customer‑centric attitude.
- Have a never‑give‑up attitude, problem solver, works independently.
- Have demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects successfully.
- Have excellent communication & presentation skills. Fluent in English (written & verbally).
- Be willing to travel as business requires.
