Area Manager, EF Operations

Overview

アマゾンジャパン オペレーションズ部門のEF（External Fulfillment）オペレーションチームでは、チームをリードし、EF拠点のオペレーション管理・改善を行うマネージャーを募集します。EFチームは、Amazonのお客様が注文した商品の注文処理・配送業務を自社の物流拠点（FC、フルフィルメントセンター）ではなく、メーカー/ 卸売企業の倉庫内や協力会社（3PL）の運営する倉庫で行うExternal Fulfillment（外部サイトから顧客への直接出荷）のサービスを拡張することによって、コスト削減、配送スピードの向上、セレクションの拡充、そしてお客様の満足度の向上に貢献しています。

このポジションでは、アマゾンの出荷・在庫能力の一翼を担うEF拠点の運営管理・改善、ピープルマネジメントを通じたメンバー育成が主要な業務になります。マネージャーとして多様なメンバーが能力を発揮できる組織の仕組み作りやカルチャーの醸成を推進いただける方を求めています。

Business content / 業務内容

• 外部委託するオペレーションの標準化を行い、管理指標に基づいた安全な職場環境作り、品質管理、在庫・出荷計画の遂行に責任を持ちます。
• プロジェクトメンバーとして社内外の取り組みに参加します。案件によっては、プロジェクトオーナーとして広く部門・チーム横断的な取り組みをリードします。
• マネージャーとしてチームメンバーの育成に責任を持ちます。またチーム全体のDEI文化の醸成に向けた取り組みにも参加して頂きます。

The EF (External Fulfillment) Operations Team of the Amazon Japan Operations Division is looking for managers to lead the team and manage and improve operations at EF sites.

The EF team reduces costs, improves delivery speed, expands selection, and customer satisfaction by expanding external fulfillment (direct shipment from an external site to a customer) service that performs order processing and delivery operations for products ordered by Amazon customers not at its own logistics base (FC, fulfillment center), but in warehouses operated by manufacturers/wholesalers or warehouses operated by partner companies (3PL). It has contributed to the improvement of.

In this position, the main tasks are operation management and improvement of EF bases, which play a part in Amazon's shipping/inventory capabilities, and member development through people management. We are looking for someone who can promote the creation of an organizational structure and culture where diverse members can demonstrate their abilities as managers.

Qualifications / 応募条件

Basic Qualifications

• 業界を問わず、スタッフの指導やチームリーダーの経験がある方（3年以上の業務経験）
• 5人程度のマネジメント経験（勤怠、パフォーマンスマネジメントを含む）
• 定量的なデータ分析をもとに、業務カイゼン・標準化を実施した経験
• パソコン中級レベル以上（例：ExcelのVLOOKUP、ピボット、マクロ等）
• 読み書きレベルの英語力
