ITO Proposals Planner – Baker Hughes

Join Baker Hughes as an ITO Proposals Planner. The role focuses on project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through the management of project‑related activities and resources.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring project implementation, work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenarios. Monitor progress and produce accurate projections. Provide other functions and customers with current reports.
• Analyze incoming orders to verify all conditions are satisfied.
• Identify critical path activities that could jeopardize the schedule and work with internal functions to develop mitigation plans.
• Provide the ITO team with preliminary schedules to be shared with customers.
• Advising functional managers on projects, processes and procedures in their field.
• Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contribute to projects as a team member or lead small projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with proven experience in project management.
• Several years of experience in project planning.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Capability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem‑identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
