Tech Project Manager

About the role

We're looking for a tech project manager to act as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal development team. You'll translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage project timelines, and guide clients toward optimal tech solutions. This role requires both technical understanding and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications;
• Collaborate with development team to estimate timelines, assess feasibility, and plan project roadmaps;
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards;
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations;
• Advise clients on best technical solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
• Maintain project documentation and ensure clear communication across all teams.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience: Tech Project Manager: 4 years minimum (Required)
• Soft skills: communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, collaboration / teamwork
• Jira, Trello, Asana
• API integrations and technical architecture concepts
• Git/GitHub workflow understanding
• Timeline estimation and resource planning
• Client relationship management and technical consultation
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
