Project Planning Manager

Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule to efficiently manage project commitments (tender, contract, or program) in terms of time and cost, and for participating in workload planning.

The Project Planner manages the customer schedule to align with internal schedules and operational constraints of the joint venture. This involves interfacing with other companies and the customer to build scenarios and communicate effectively, following strategies defined by project managers and the customer director.

Knowledge and Experience :

• Background in project management and industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Conflict management and multitasking abilities
• Critical thinking and good judgment
• Proficiency in MSP and P6
• Ability to challenge the project team and proactively propose solutions
• Flexibility to adapt schedules and project goals
