Do Work That Matters – Your role and responsibilities

  • Analyze as‑is Finance processes and contribute to defining to‑be processes in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting.
  • Configure the Finance modules of Dynamics 365 F&O in line with Microsoft best practices.
  • Prepare functional documentation, including Business Requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, Functional Design Documents, process flows, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Finance users during workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, validation activities, and solution definition.
  • Support testing phases (SIT and UAT): preparing test cases, executing tests, analyzing defects, and validating solutions.
  • Participate in cut‑over, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities, providing operational support to end users.

You will take part in national and international projects, working with highly skilled teams and supporting clients across different and continuously evolving industries.

Come As You Are – Your skills and characteristics

  • You have 2–4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in the Finance area.
  • You are familiar with key administrative and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management).
  • You have participated in implementation projects, performing requirement gathering, configuration, fit/gap analysis, testing, and go‑live support.
  • You are comfortable interacting with Finance users and operational stakeholders, facilitating workshops and analysis sessions.
  • You work with a structured approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage project priorities effectively.
  • You are fluent in English and able to operate in multinational and multi‑country environments.
  • You are available to travel to support key phases of project delivery.
