The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the sector.
His key responsibilities will be:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on business development rather than upselling.
  • Present and promote relevant technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and expectation management.
  • Travel as needed to visit clients and support business development activities.

Competenze ed esperienza

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or account management within the ICT or telecommunications sector, who also meets the following criteria:

  • Solid understanding of ICT/IT solutions and technologies.
  • Strong sales drive and ability to develop new business.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Effective in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
