For our client, we're seeking a key figure in the development of high-performance power electronic systems (DC / DC converters, inverters). The candidate will play a pivotal role in the electrification of motorsport applications — supporting top-level racing teams with advanced technology solutions.

Key responsibilities :

  • Design complete electronic systems for power conversion
  • Collaborate with system architects and software teams
  • Perform thermo-electric simulations and loss calculations
  • Lead validation and testing activities
  • Support production and troubleshooting

Requirements :

  • 5–10 years in power electronics (automotive, traction, or industrial)
  • Strong skills in high-voltage design (up to 1000V)
  • Proficiency in tools like SPICE, MATLAB / Simulink, Ansys, etc.
  • Fluent in Italian and English
