The Gas Power business engineers efficient natural gas technologies and decarbonization solutions to support a lower carbon future. FieldCore, as part of this, installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, ensuring reliable and affordable energy.

Let's Talk about the Role

You will initially be enrolled in FieldCore’s Field Engineering Program (FEP), where you will develop technical expertise, lean thinking, and leadership skills through in-person and online training, alongside on-the-job learning from experienced advisors.

After successful completion, you will be eligible for a Technical Field Advisor position working on Steam Turbines, contributing to site activities, planning, and resource management.

Responsibilities include decision-making, resolving complex issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Maintain a strong safety mindset.
  • Manage and coordinate site activities.
  • Lead on-site systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.
  • Respond to emergency repairs.
  • Provide technical instruction and ensure work meets standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, job status updates, and customer documentation.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through quality work.
  • Verify contractor work during walk-downs.
  • Manage aftermarket upgrades at the site.

Special Role Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively overseas.
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
  • Ability to spend significant time away from home for training and assignments.

Skills for Success

Fluency in English, strong technical competence, ownership, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are essential. A university degree in engineering is preferred but not mandatory; experience and achievements are valued.
