Freelance Senior Digital Client Advisor

Jeenka is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Digital Client Advisor (freelance) to manage and grow key client relationships, provide strategic support, and contribute to business development initiatives.

This is a 100% freelance collaboration, performance-based, and tailored for senior professionals who value flexibility, ownership, and impact.

As a trusted external consultant, you’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, help shape their digital marketing strategies, and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure project success. You will work fully independently, with freedom to organize your workload and engage new opportunities.

Responsabilities :

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their main digital consultant
• Develop long-term, value-driven relationships with clients
• Deliver tailored strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends
• Contribute to new business efforts through upselling, cross-selling, and lead support
• Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to ensure executional excellence
• Monitor results, satisfaction, and deliverables
• Report on key insights, opportunities, and campaign performance
• Keep up with digital marketing innovations to provide strategic recommendations
• Strong track record in client advisory and digital marketing consultancy
• Proven experience working independently with clients, ideally as a freelancer
• Business development mindset and strategic approach
• CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Italian (German is a plus)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Active VAT registration (freelance status required)
