About The Job
- The intern will be placed within the CHC Science Hub – Scientific Affairs Department and will support the assigned tutor in all department‑related activities, actively participating and receiving on‑the‑job training. Working alongside the tutor, the person will join the Regulatory (Scientific Affairs) team and will be encouraged to contribute with ideas and innovation. A 6‑month internship is offered. A monthly expense reimbursement and meal vouchers are provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Assistance and support to colleagues in the Regulatory Team
- Guidance on key regulatory standards
- Training and management of Company’s systems (VeeVa, VISTA, etc.)
- Support for regulatory activities (preparation of variations, renewals, CPP requests, artwork review, etc.)
- Participation in conference calls and company meetings
About You
- Experience: Abroad experience, curricula or extra curricula experience etc.
- Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Good relationship ability, Ability to work with multifunctional teams.
- Education: Graduate in a scientific field (e.g. Physician, Pharmacist, or Life Sciences Degree). Enrollment in a university or master’s program that allows activation of a curricular internship.
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
