Position: Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy.

How you make the difference

You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, respecting quality and food safety standards.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Optimize production processes through data analysis;
• Apply Lean Production fundamentals;
• Collaborate with line operators, team leaders, and maintenance engineers for continuous improvement;
• Analyze costs to support business development, product feasibility, and new investment evaluations.

Your Team

You will be part of the Industrial Team at Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Production Manager.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Degree in Food, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar;
• Previous experience (a plus);
• Proficiency in Office suite and Excel;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building solid relationships.
