Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Specialist will develop and execute strategies to increase sales through trade partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement trade marketing plans and promotional activities to meet business objectives.
  • Sales support / Campaign Plan: Create and distribute sales materials, like promotional flyers, online visual, define ATL campaign including TV / RADIO / digital assets with retail partners.
  • Partner collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to understand their needs and implement joint initiatives.
  • Channel management: Ensure brand visibility and consistent implementation of promotional campaigns across all relevant trade channels.
  • Data analysis: Analyze market data, sales reports, and competitor activity to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing product and communication teams to ensure alignment between consumer marketing and trade strategies.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • +5 years experience in same role within CE market
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is often required.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively.
