We are currently seeking a talented professional to join our all star Admin Team as the new HR Administration Specialist. You will support the HR Admin team in all the activities related to and concerning the administration of personnel.
What you\'ll do
Preparations of contracts for employees (new hires, terminations, level changes, job role changes, etc.)
Organize, update and maintain internal databases
Input data into the HR Software (new hire, resignations, approvers for days off, days off for sickness, etc.)
Management of activities related to occupational safety and health, with internal and external stakeholders
Management of monthly ticket lunch counting and verification of the correct distribution to employees
Monthly check by employee of days off and relevant supporting documentation
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Ad hoc reports and duties
Contribute to the development of HR best practices to improve the Payroll service offered
Be updated and share any regulatory updates internally
What we're looking for
Previous experience in the HR Admin function (at least 1-2 years)
Strong interest in HR Admin related topics and knowledge of the Italian legislation
Fluency in both Italian and English
Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and empathy, with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, open minded and engaged to work in a multicultural environment
Knowledge of an HRIS tools is a big plus
