I am working alongside a global leader in ferrite component technology with over 80 years of innovation and strong industry partnerships. Backed by a world-class electronics group, the company offers stability, technical excellence, and long-term growth. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager where you will drive sales, lead an Inside Sales team, and support technical design-in activities across Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow sales of ferrite components and magnetic accessories
• Lead annual contract discussions with strategic customers
• Support design-in projects and collaborate with field engineering teams
• Manage the Milan-based Inside Sales team
• Organise and contribute to technical seminars and roadshows

Requirements

• Successful track record selling ferrite components whilst designing in.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronic engineering
• Fluent in Italian and strong command of English
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office tools
