Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Expert, located in the Greater Brescia Metropolitan Area. The ERP Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ERP system, ensuring it aligns with the company's business processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing system performance, troubleshooting, providing user support, customizing the system based on departmental needs, and implementing upgrades and enhancements. The ERP Expert will collaborate closely with various departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration across the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in ERP systems management, optimization, and customization
- Proficient in analyzing system performance and troubleshooting
- Experience in providing user support and training
- Skills in implementing system upgrades and enhancements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or laboratory environments is a plus
