Senior Controller

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate, collect data and prepare / update Project business plans, capex / cash flow budgets and forecasts, with attention to timing and respecting deadlines.
• Report variances and analyze financial performance against the budget.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Oversee the preparation of internal and external financial reports, with attention to public incentives’ reporting (PNRR compliance).
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Italian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS, other regulatory requirements.
• Improve current company processes and ensure the collection and payment of the invoices generated by the company.
• Develop and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director in Italy and executive team to develop financial strategies to meet business objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.
