Job Description:

The Product Management team is responsible, at the divisional level, for Change Management activities, gross margin improvement, and rationalization in collaboration with PTsG (Power Transistor subgroup) and ADG Central Functions.

The Product Manager team drives all activities related to product proliferation, changes, and terminations, interfacing with marketing, New Product Engineering & Sustaining teams, PMO, Q&R, Operations, Supply Chain/Planning, and Financial departments across the product lifecycle and service.

The Product Manager will:

• Coordinate Project Core Team (Design, Finance, Engineering, Quality, etc.)
• Support customer communication
• Support internal communication through weekly Core Team reports and quarterly management updates
• Define priorities for BE trials, reliability slots, and QUAL lots launches

The team will also lead activities related to PCN/PTN/PPAP/Qualification Reports release and maintenance, aligned with the Divisional Product Range strategy.

Profile

The candidate should possess the following skills:

• Knowledge of FE and BE manufacturing production flow (preferably SiC)
• Understanding of product maturity steps evolution
• Familiarity with company tools (e.g., PMS, TIS, Lems, MRB, PCMS, NOTICE, PRIS)
• Experience with program/project/product management tools is a plus
• Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 preferred)
• Strong teamwork skills
