Responsibilities

  • Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of Italian speaking customers from onboarding through renewal
  • Manage the technical implementation of SoSafe Awareness Platform (SaaS product) ensuring a smooth and successful Go-Live
  • Guide and advise customers on cybersecurity awareness measures helping them maximise the impact of our platform
  • Conduct business reviews highlight ROI and support renewal / upsell conversations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Support Product etc.) to drive success of your customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback with product development team
  • Leverage the relationships you build to identify reference customers and case study candidates

Requirements

  • Customer-centric with a proactive and hands-on mindset and strong motivation to make an impact in a fast growing company
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Success Onboarding or Account Management ideally within a SaaS company
  • Comfortable handling technical setups and liaising with support or engineering teams when needed
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to handle commercial conversations confidently
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Able to manage multiple customers tasks and stakeholders in parallel
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative international team
  • Interest in cybersecurity or willingness to learn quickly
