Key duties
- Definition of specifications for mechatronics & robotics systems and follow‑on of relevant procurement
- Definition of design, development and verification plans for mechatronics & robotics systems
- Technical management and control of subcontractors’ activities
- Participation in progress meetings and project reviews, preparing technical documentation and addressing customer comments
Skills, experience and qualifications required
- Past work experience of at least 3 years in activities relevant to space robotics from design and analysis up to validation testing
- Master’s degree in mechatronics & robotics engineering
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized and methodical with strong communication skills
- Strong teamwork and customer orientation
- Positive attitude toward learning new things
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Available for business travel in Italy and abroad
- Attitude toward innovation and problem solving
