Job Description

Enfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review, and process Engineering‑Procurement‑Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA’s, formal bids, requests for qualifications, and support EPC contract requests for proposals. This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts, inclusive of all contract exhibits, while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Prepare RFPs for clients and commercial bids, including bid leveling and comparison.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage buyouts.
  • Discuss, draft, review, and negotiate terms of business contracts.
  • Agree on budgets and timescales with contractors.
  • Manage construction schedules and budgets in coordination with Construction Managers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, the site, and project managers.
  • Ensure construction project contracts meet agreed technical standards.
  • Oversee invoicing and manage contract renewals, change orders, etc.
  • Mitigate organizational contract risks in partnership with the legal department.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Energy or Construction contracts experience (7+ years).
  • Excellent command of English AND Italian language.
  • Previous experience reviewing and advising on EPC contracts.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and influencing skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Team‑player attitude.
  • International mobility, both for short missions and potentially for mid‑term assignments.
