We are an international team, distributed in our offices in Campochiaro and Amsterdam but also in remote mode all over Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support customers effectively by resolving issues raised
• Provide additional information or explain services to the customer
• Discuss the products offered and ensure customer satisfaction
• Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with the customer
• Complete supporting documentation based on feedback gathered
• Build and maintain relationships with customer

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of French (at least C1);
• Advanced knowledge of English (at least C1);
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work in multitasking;
• Appropriate information management;
• Problem solving skills.
