Our client, a highly reputable international mid-market private equity fund, is looking for a driven Associate to join their growing team in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on investment experience within a high-performing, cross-border team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end deal execution including financial modeling and due diligence
• Conduct industry and company research to identify investment opportunities
• Prepare investment committee materials and support decision-making
• Engage with portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across geographies

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• International academic or professional background is a strong plus
